Welcome!
I'm so happy you've signed up for this course - This course was designed from 25 years as a professional massage therapist, to teach you basic skills, and techniques to ease everyday stressors from work, active lifestyle, etc.
This course is specifically formulated to teach anybody how to help yourself, friends and family feel amazing in your body through these simple massage techniques.

About Me
Since 1996, I've been specializing in Movement Focused Bodywork, Injury/ Rehab, Sports, and Eastern modalities. I have expansive experience as a Massage Therapist, as well as an Instructor for many massage programs, as the previous owner of PuraVida College of Massage Therapy.
I'm an Ayurveda Wellness Coach, a 500-hour eRYT, and Mindfulness Instructor, and currently training with Brown University for MBSR certification.
I live in Park City, teaching Yoga and Mindfulness classes helping people feel better in their bodies. You can also find me on my website wisevibes.net
What You'll Need:
(2) Large Beach Towels and/ or Yoga Mat
Large rolled up towel (bolster for under knees and ankles)
Face Support: Neck Pillow or Large towel horse-shoe shaped - only needed when face down
Blanket - Regulate temperature
